Now, I can wake up when my alarm ringing at 4 or 5 am. However, I faced another bad habit that only shutting down the alarm. Then, I gonna fall asleep again.

Wake up earlier in the morning is the problem. But, avoid sleeping in the morning is another problem that needs a different method to solve.

On my reflection, starting a day without any plan is the basic problem. If I do not arrange any plan before sleeping, and when I wake up I don’t have ideas to do. Just blank.

Then, I arrange schedules before sleep. Go to bed before 1 a.m and set up an alarm at 4 am. Hopefully, it can help improve my habits.
